Directions to desk
A Klass Wagen representative will be at International Arrivals, next to the Information Desk with a sign with KLASS WAGEN on it. A red shuttle bus goes by the Arrivals terminal every 15 minutes to pick up the customers and drive them to the Klass Wagen office.

Tax: Included Taxes and charges Airport fee: Included Fee for pick-up at an airport location. Included in the total price of your rental but may be payable at the rental counter. You may need to pay an airport fee on top of optional extras purchased at the counter. Breakdown assistance: Included Breakdown assistance is included with this car. In case of emergency during business hours, call the number provided by your car hire supplier and they will send help. Assistance outside of business hours may incur an extra charge. Please note that this only covers mechanical failure. Road tax: Included Road tax Unlimited mileage: Included Unlimited mileage with this rental means you can drive as much as you want, with no additional charges for extra kilometres. Collision damage waiver (CDW): Included Often referred to as CDW, this partially covers damages incurred to your vehicle. Please note that you will still be liable for insurance excess (see: Not Included section below). CDW does not cover damage or loss of keys, tyres, glass or undercarriage. Theft waiver (TW): Included This covers costs relating to the theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle but does not cover the loss of personal possessions. Please note that you will still be liable for insurance excess (see below). Third party liability protection (TP): Included This covers damage sustained to another driver’s car in the event of an accident caused by you.

Driver's age
24 to 99 years.
Young driver's age: 19 to 23 years. Charge 4 EUR per day. Includes 19% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Cross Border Rentals are allowed ONLY in the countries:Hungary,Bulgaria,Austria,Czech Republic,Slovakia,Greece,Croatia,Serbia ,Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia,Montenegro, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM)
Cross border is not guaranteed;
Customer must inform the supplier before picking up the car, in order to have all the documents prepared and for the car to have permanent license plates.
Travel restriction: Traveling outside the above list of countries is strictly prohibited. Company does not accept the cross border to Ukraine or Moldova.
Mileage Restriction: No mileage restrictions
Any other relevant information: Company does not offer roadside assistance outside the country; it will be the customer’s job to bring the car up to the border; if the customer cannot bring the car to the border, the supplier will charge the customer for the tow fee from the 500 euro deposit;
Customer must buy the vignette when entering the new country and is responsible for all toll fees
Ferry restrictions: Not applicable.
Special requirements needed e.g. Toll pass: Empowerment from the rent a car company to travel outside the Romanian borders that will be required at the customs; car’s original documents and insurance.
For Cross Border Rentals a fee of 10.34 euro/rental day/ maximum 120 euro/rental will apply (including VAT tax.
