I booked a car at the Amsterdam Train Station but need to cancel it and get a refund please? Can you cancel for me please?

Yes, I just booked but see now I need a Credit Card to leave the deposit at pick up. I could not collect the car.

Yes, but they won't accept my Debit Card. I didn't know I would need a Credit Card when I made the booking.

Information about which card is accepted can be found on the website in 2 ways:-

If you have a Credit Card, the rates will be lower and the choices of vehicle will be greater. If not:- Some suppliers accept Debit Cards. The card must have a MasterCard or VISA logo and your name embossed (raised) on the front. It cannot be a pre-paid card. From a tablet, PC or Lap-Top :- On the search results page (where the available car photos are displayed), scroll down the left-hand side menu at the bottom you may see a tick box, to filter out suppliers who do not accept Debit. From a mobile:- On the search results page (where the available car photos are displayed), at the top of the page you see a blue “ Filter “ button, click on it and a choice of filters is shown. Click on the filter option “ Cards accepted at pick-up “ (if available), click “ Both Credit and Debit Cards “, click “ Done “, finally click “ Apply “ to filter out suppliers who do not accept Debit.

And finally to answer your question: there will be NO refund as the cancellation or no-show fee is greater then the rental amount you paid online and because you try to cancel within 48 hours before pick up and in your case when the rental already have started.
