Terminal 1: Leave the Arrivals Hall and follow the "Rent a Car" signs until you arrive at the rental car area where you will see KeynGo by Goldcar kiosk machine.Terminal 2: Leaving Terminal 2A or 2C, you should go to Terminal 2B. Once there, Go outside the erminal and head towards the rentacar car park located at the opposite sidewalk, you have to crosshe road to the rentacar car park. Once at the Goldcar office you will see the Key'n Go device.ou have to cross the road to the rentacar car park. Once at the Goldcar office you will see the Key'n Go deviceAt the pick-up point you don't have to go to the rental car counter, you can collect your car keys quickly and conveniently from the key dispensing kiosk. At the Kiosk simply enter your booking number, select a vehicle model from the category you have booked and receive the keys.

Deposit and Debit & Credit Card policy:-

The deposit blocked (credit card) or charged (debit card) will be unblocked or refunded to the the Holder of the Bank Card provided as guarantee or makes the payment once the vehicle has been returned, and Goldcar has checked that the vehicle is in a good state and that the terms of the Contract have been fulfilled. If the deposit is paid by credit card, the maximum time it can be blocked is 30 business days, from the start of the rental. In the case of using a debit card, the maximum time for returning the deposit is 15 days after the vehicle has been dropped off.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
